  • The Lactation Network

    If you have any of the following insurance plans, my services may be fully covered under The Lactation Network (TLN):

    Anthem

    NYSHIP

    United Healthcare (UHC)

    PNOA

    Multiplan (often seen with Aetna)

    VA CCN

    Please note that TLN does not cover travel fees. See travel fees for more information.

  • Self-Pay

    If you are not covered by The Lactation Network, you will pay out-of-pocket. We will provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for our services.

    My fees are as follows (virtual/your home):

    Follow up Postpartum Consult $125/155

    Prenatal Consult $155/195

    Bottle Feeding Consult $155/195

    Pumping Consult $75/125

  • Reduced Rate

    You may be eligible for a reduced rate if you or your partner qualify for WIC or are on Medicaid.

    My reduced fees are:

    Initial Postpartum Consult $165

    Follow up Postpartum Consult $105

    Prenatal Consult $145

    Bottle Feeding Consult $145

    Pumping Consult $75

    If you qualify for a reduced fee, please send me a message with the service that you are looking for. I will get back to you to schedule.
